How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders generally take 7 business days to arrive. International orders generally take 10 to 14 business days to arrive.
It's been 2 weeks and my order isn't here. What should I do?
If you think there is a problem with your order, please fill out the contact form with your information and transaction ID and we will get back to you within the same day in most cases.
It's been 2 weeks and my order isn't here. What should I NOT do?
Please do not try to communicate order inquiries with us through Paypal disputes. We are just going to refund your order as soon as you open a dispute and then you for sure won’t be getting your stuff. If you feel there may be a problem with your order, please fill out the contact form and we will get back to you in a timely manner. Thanks.
What is the policy on exchanges/returns?
You MUST contact us prior to returning or exchanging any item due to our constantly changing inventory. We can not guarantee that an exchange will be available on any item. In most cases (but not all cases), exchanges can be made for the same item, or an alternate selection. Returns for full refund are not available.

We DO NOT offer exchanges or returns under any circumstances on any items that have been worn or washed.

Can I get a sizing chart?
We print on several different brands of t-shirts and hoodies (Jerzey, Hanes, Gildan, AAA, etc). We do not have size charts that we can send you. Sorry.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
